getting enough calories
I was just wondering if anyone else had an issue with getting enough calories. I'm recording everything i eat yet I have a hard time eating even 1200 calories some days. I'm not hungry and on days like today when I burn 500+ calories I have the hardest time eating them back. Ideas? Suggestions?

I started with MFP on Jan 2nd 2012. My starting weight was 220lbs and I was in a size 16/18. Today I'm at about 164 and a size 8!! So here's hoping for another year as successful as 2012!

Multi-vitamin side effects
Every once in a while I feel the need to take a multi-vitamin. If I'm feeling tired or if I feel like there's something missing I'll start taking it.
