(ode to the office<3) I am currently under in my calorie consumption but i'm not that hungy right now and i made myself a rule not to eat after 7. is it bad to be under? should i just eat like a cheese stick or something? cause i need 600 more calories for today...

balancing issues?
so i'm really new to the dieting world and i've been trying to stay as close to the guidelines as i can but i've been having trouble getting enough calories and at the same time i go over in protien, even though i don't eat that much meat. does anyone have any advice?
