Sneaky exercise tips
Does anyone have some sneaky ways they try to fit some exercise into their day in case they can't make it to the gym? For me I know whenever I'm folding clothes instead of sitting on the couch I pace back and forth and then slide them into my dresser. It's not a lot of calorie burning but I'm moving my body :)

I have friends on here but I am feeling no kind of support what so ever. I'm so just drained from not having someone to understand what I'm doing and I'm considering quitting for now

exercise at work?
I work at dairy queen and the entire time i'm on my feet walking around making treats and taking orders, I'm just wondering what I would consider that for my exercises and if i should just not even worry and consider it calories that burn no matter what. I don't work everyday so this doesn't happen all the time.
