I ran for 6.2 miles (10k) at 6.2 mph (60 minutes on the dot) and ended up burning 747 calories exactly. Cousins double cheese steak = 747 calories exactly. There truly is balance in the universe!!!

Exercise calories not syncing
I am having a hard time matching up my workout calories with the calories on MFP. I currently use the treadmill for running and walking but when I put these times/speed in the program the calories on here come up short of what the gym equipment says.
