Quick Family Dinner Ideas
I'm trying to plan my menu for next week's dinners, and I'm so OVER all the things I always make. I work full-time, so by the time I get home I can't spend an hour and a half assembling dinner. I need some go-to ideas.

Strength Training Without the Gym
I'm having a ton of trouble boosting my metabolism because of a heart medication I take. I want to add strength training to the cardio I already do...but I DON'T want to go to the gym. Anyone know a good resource for excercises that would be beneficial?

How do you have your calories set? To lose 1 lb. 1.5lb...how many per week?

What is everyone eating for breakfast? Currently I usually have 2 pieces of Wonder Light Wheat toast with butter spray and cinnamon/Splenda... and of course my coffee with FF coffeemate. Too much protein? Fiber??
Every day, I've gone over my protein and fiber goals. Do you suppose that's a bad thing?? I just can't figure it out...I have some type of lean meat in my lunches and dinners, and occasionally, a light string cheese as a snack, but I can't figure out what I can cut! Suggestions?
