How do you stay focused on the weekends. This is a trigger for me. I am excerisisng ALOT during the week, but then the weekend comes and I eat junk food and don't excerise as much so my weight is not moving. I know I have to start walking or something over the weekend.

Working out
I work out 1/2 hour to 45 minutes 3 days a week. I also take a 1/2 to 1 hour walk 5 days a week, but I don't see any of the weight coming off. It's getting really frustrating. Am I suppose to eat the calories I burn. My limit is 1200 and I try really hard to stay with that, but on the days that I go to the gym this thing…

frustrated
I was doing this thing all wrong. I thought you ate your calories that you burned with excerise. Now I know not to do that, but I'm losing in the chest and not anywhere else. I'm frustrated. I've been watching the calories carefully and not losing anything. My neck is the same, lost 2 inch in the chest, gained and stayed…
