Eating times
Does the time you eat make a difference? I work second shift and sometimes when I get home at 1A I am really hungry. There is a lot of information out there that says that late night eating is not good for weight loss so I am not sure what or even if I should eat something when I get home.

strength training
I am sure it has been mentioned before but is there any rule on how often you should strength train? Do muscles need a day of rest between days of training? I see that a lot of members on MFP do some strength training daily. I typically only complete 2 days of strength training a week.

An atheist with a deeply religous family
Has anyone had experience with dealing with families that are moderately to deeply religious? I love my family but couldn't even imagine speaking openly to them about my current feelings toward god and religion. It makes for a uncomfortable relationship especially when attending funerals or weddings.

Hunger pains
What can I eat to keep full? My daily calorie intake is way over what my weigh loss goal is suppose to be but i am always hungry. I have tried to replace sweets and simple carbs with more complex carbs, protein and fiber but it doesn't seem to work. I have even increased my water intake. Does anyone have any suggestions?
