Does the soreness go away or stay with you for 30 days?!
I've done day 1 and day 2 and am sore, sore! Does the soreness go away, or should I expect to feel sore the entire time? I am supposed to be training to walk/jog a half marathon, and I am not sure I can train with how sore my legs are! HELP!

Hi all :) I lost 25 pounds last year and reached my goal! wohooo! But unfortunately, was lazy and let 19 of those pounds come back...ugh!
