What do you recommend for exercise for beginners? Something we will wamt to get back and do to tomorrow
Anyone out there been able to maintain a 1200 cal. diet?
I need help with this. I eat one thing in the afternoon. The next thing I know it turns into several things. Then I feel sick and tired.
Im not doing so hot on the scale when I eat back my exercise cals. and sometimes 1200 cals Im hungry, but what I was thinking is using my exercise cals. as plan B, for the days I just cant stick to 1200 cals. What do you all think?
