Extreme environment burn rate
Does anybody have any research that quantifies burn rates in extreme environments? So, sitting still in deepest darkest Africa at 45 deg centigrade with no wind or shade clearly burns calories at a higher rate than sitting still in an air-conditioned office at 20 deg centigrade (so-call room temperature). Daily Goal
Help I am confused! My daily goal of Cholesterol states 300, why is this figure so high especially if cholesterol is so bad for one? I have been on the programme for a week now and maintained my calorie, protein, carb etc goals.

Nutrition
Although i have just started on this programme, i am trying to reach my goal of 900 calories for my daily limit. By logging each of my meals and snacks, i seem to be having no difficulty in reaching it. Of those calories consumed, what percentages should i be getting from protein, carbs or fat ?
