I way overate yesterday on carby and fatty stuff about 900 calories over maintenance, 300g carbs total. how do you log interval training?
For interval training- do you log the rest periods also, or subtract out the rest periods? I did a search but didn't find anything. Also, do you log it under circuit training?

Trouble storing 30day shred on computer
I'd like to store the 30 day shred on my computer since I like to carry it around and it is a pain always ejecting the disc. I tried handbrake but the results are very splotchy, plays jaggedly. Has anyone had any luck storing the DVD to play off the computer? This is for my own personal use only. I have a MacBook pro.
