is this inadvertant carb loading?

I way overate yesterday on carby and fatty stuff about 900 calories over maintenance, 300g carbs total. I usually am exhausted after running 4 miles but today went 7 miles this morning and still feel great. Is that what carb loading is about? It so it was completely unintended but happy to work off some of those extra calories. What a struggle it is!.
