Well after quite a long time I am back on here hoping to shed some unwanted pounds! I've done it before but just need some encouragement to get motivated again.
Has anyone used the phone app Walkmeter? I have just put this on my phone as I have tried MapMyWalk, Strava and a couple of others and found that they do not record the route I have walked. Hi all Does anyone know how many calories there are in a piece of fish from the chip shop which has been cooked in the usual oil but with no batter on - I asked the guy to do it with NO BATTER - he gave me a funny look but obliged me! But now I cant find fish without batter in the food index. Anyone any idea?:smile:
am I really only allowed 25 cal sugar on 1200 cals? I couldnt believe it when my banana has taken up 21 of my total days allowance. Is this right?:cry:
