Back again

Well after quite a long time I am back on here hoping to shed some unwanted pounds! I've done it before but just need some encouragement to get motivated again.

    Im presently on my second weightloss era too.
    One thing Im doing now is pick foods that are more satiating.
    Pre-covid when I was a stay at home dad, I just worked out 90min/5 days a week on an elliptical machine. It totally works, but I dont have that time anymore.

    I am also back losing for a second time. I lost 50 pounds initially and then maintained a 40 pound weight loss for two-ish years. During Covid, I started regaining. I didn't quite gain it all back (I gained about 30 pounds back), and back on the app trying to lose it.

    It's hard, but I try to motivate myself by celebrating that, for the most part, I'm eating the way I hope to continue eating. How long the weight loss takes doesn't really matter. If you do the daily things right, it will come.

    So good luck to cadillaccowboy and hobartiemange! Let's check in every now and then!
