Question about logging exercise...
So I have my activity level set on sedentary because i spend most of the day sitting (in class, at work, doing homework, etc) however i walk 2-3 miles every day just getting around campus, and i very rarely drive. so my question is - do i count my daily walking off of my calories? or is that part of my daily activity level…

I know to stay away from soda, but I'm a legit diet pepsi addict, so i've limited myself to one can a day, which is a challenge for me. If I am exercising only 3 days a week (30-40 minutes of cardio, weight training) on those days, and on the other days I am doing simple exercises in my room (crunches, jumping jacks, etc) is that enough?
