Help!! Shin Splints!!
I'm training for a half marathon and I have devoloped shin splints, (I think)!! What will help them besides stretching and ice?? (that's what I'm already doing.)

binge eating
Ok, so here's the deal, I have been "binge eating" at nite before I go to bed. I'm not sure what to do to stop the madness, but I will till you I love sweets, and they absolutely sabotage me! I have gained 10lbs since Christmas. Any Ideas would be greately appereciated!

Am I really burning the calories the treadmill says?
Just curious, I've been running for about 10 months now. When I run on the treadmill, I run the first mile at around 7.2 mph, I don't even start sweating until I've ran 2 miles. I really don't ever breathe hard unless I'm doing sprint intervals. So I wonder am I really burning the amount of calories that the treadmill…

Body Fat % What is normal??

Why does bad food have to be so good!!!
I messed up yesterday and went to CiCi's Pizza. I thought I'd just have a salad and 1 piece of pizza and a dessert. :laugh: Yeah Right!!:sick: Pizza tasted so good... and the dessert pizza yummm! Anyone know a good low impact cardio routine to do at home?
I have a hip injury that is preventing me from running (which I love). I was just checking to see if anyone knows of a low impact cardio workout that I can do at home with out equipment. I'm at a loss when I cant get to the gym to do spinning or the elliptical. Thanks!
