I've started trying to shift 10lbs since the 1st of january, and I know I shouldn't expect to see major changes yet, but i've only managed to shift about 2lbs since starting! Its got me so fed up, i started giving up and haven't bothered the last couple of days. Help!

Comforting eating help
I'm a terrible comfort eater. Today I had to say goodbye to my partner for a month and found myself down the shop getting everything I shouldn't have done. It's been such a bad day for eating and I'm just wondering how other cope with stopping comfort eating? It's making me feel worse and making me want to eat more :cry:

Anyone else have same problem when walking/running?
When I walk or run my ankles go inwards and it makes it painful after a while so I have to stop. It's happened all my life and it's put me off excercising Any advice?

Over pronation and terribly weak ankles help!
Hey! I was born with flat feet and little muscle in my ankles, it causes me to walk on the insides of my foot and they cave in while walking/running Can anyone help with suggests of exercise's that don't put too much strain on the ankles? or even a gradual muscle strengthening exercise for ankles? :)
