Do we count fiber as carbs on MFP food diary?
The MFP Food Diary records your macro's when you input what you eat, and it will list the fiber along with the carbohydrates. Does fiber get subtracted from the carbs? Should MFP do it automatically? Looking for clarity, thanks!

Maybe i'm reading nutritional facts incorrect on websites, but i cut my watermelons up into wedges, and eat 3-4 of them, sometimes 5 in one sitting. Low Sodium foods? or Foods with Low Sodium options?
Seeing threads here off and on about sodium, what are some good quality foods that aren't high on sodium? Seems like just about everything has sodium in it. So even if you skip out on condiments or foods with preservatives, you can't avoid it too much. Anybody? Low sodium foods?
