I became a member Jan 2012, with a goal for a trip I took in March. I was pleased with my progress of losing 15lbs in the 2 months, but since returning, have not only gained it back, but then an extra 5lbs. MFP vs flat belly diet
I just finished a week of the flat belly, and had more success with that in 1 week (without exercise), than I did with MFP (with exercise) for over a month. Guess I'll be using that one again right before going away !!

drinking more water
Seems everywhere I turn, people's advise is to DRINK MORE WATER. I have been following MFP calorie suggestion faithfully, and even exercise now (shocker for me!), but when it comes to drinking water, i am lucky to get 1 or 2 glass per day down (even that is a struggle quite honestly). trying to get through the early AM
I work a very early shift (0500), and try to avoid eating breakfast this early, by waiting for my first break around 7am to do so. Before MFP, I would snack at 0445, then eat breakfast at 7-ish, then snack again on my "lunch", then eat lunch at lunch time, and so on. It seemed like I was constancly eating! MFP has…
