trying to get through the early AM

I work a very early shift (0500), and try to avoid eating breakfast this early, by waiting for my first break around 7am to do so. Before MFP, I would snack at 0445, then eat breakfast at 7-ish, then snack again on my "lunch", then eat lunch at lunch time, and so on. It seemed like I was constancly eating! MFP has definitely curbed my intake (excessive amounts, not "little" snacks/meals), but the one challenge I still have is the early AM hungries.
Any suggestions how I can get beyond this time of day without feeling like I am straving myself? or exceeding my calorie allowance?
I welcome any suggestions......

There is no way i could go that long without eating. Personally i would drink a protein shake, have a yogurt or a bana before work, then eat breakfast later. I am sitting here starving rigt niw because i have been up for 30 min already and havent eaten. LOL0

Stay busy! You think 7am is bad?
I fast daily from 10pm-2pm.
If I dont stay busy i'll be face punching babies!
The busier you are the less youll think about food.

I just spread my food out throughout the day. Works best for me.0
