What mantras do you have.....when it gets tough......
When I am having a tough time running or shredding, say to myself 10 stone 4, 10 stone 4 over and over again, this is the weight I felt fab at and it's puts a mental posative picture in my head..... Do you guys chant anything to keep you going?

Exercise cals, can you eat a few days worth in one meal?
As I am new to mfp and have just about got my head around eating your exercise cals, is it ok to exercise your butt off before going out with the girls and then just relax and eat and drink what ever you fancy,within reason. Or should I only eat back the cals on the day that I earned them. Guess who's got a night out…
