Ok, I have never logged in exercise as shopping, like my normal weekly shopping trips. However, today I strapped on my Polar FT4 HRM when I got to the mall. Ok, I can barely read the tiny print in the manual. I am guessing that the part you wet would be the part against your skin. Sorry if this has been asked before, but I searched and didn't find what I was looking for.

Traveling snacks, help!
I sometimes find myself in town unable to get home and get hungry between meals. Fruit is out as it is generally too messy. Any ideas? Driving by all the fast food places is so hard. I do pretty well avoiding that kind of junk. Anyway... Ideas?

Coming slowly out of some nasty sinus crud, my appetite is not that great. I also walked today so ended up with some extra calories. I techincally had dinner- a slice of cheese pizza. Any ideas?

Reintroducing myself
I came here a year ago and flaked out. I am back, and have lost 6 pounds so far. After 5 kids, including twins I just packed the weight on and am at a point where I have got to do something about it or maybe I won't be here to do anything at all! Looking for motivated friends..

Looking for friends
Hoping for friends here that are regulars or plan on being a regular. My goal right now is to get down to 150. I've lost 7 so far but have a lot to go...108 more lbs! I'm a stay at home mom to a 13 yr old an and 12 yr old twins. The oldest two are grown and out...so I need help and motivation!
