protein and fiber
I have just started back up here 3 days ago, and so far everyday I have gone over in my protein and fiber. I really don't see that as a big problem, like it would be if it were sodium, carbs or fat. opinions?

serving sizes

found some low sodium chicken broth
and I mean really LOW sodium chicken broth!! I use chicken broth a lot in cooking. The Swanson low sodium still has about 580 mg of sodium per cup. While shopping at BJ's the other day, I came across Pacific Natural Foods organic, free range, low sodium chicken broth. 80 mg of sodium per cup. HUGE difference!!
