weigh in tomorrow

Going to have my first weekly weigh in tomorrow morning. I have a bad habit of stepping on the scale everyday, but I have not weighed myself since I joined the site and started my journey last monday.

I chose monday to be my weigh in day to keep me motivated over the weekend, which I always have a hard time staying on track over the weekend.

    Good luck. I try my hardest not to get on the scale in between weigh ins (I weigh in Sundays). Sometimes I do and it isn't what I wanted, and so it ruins my day. I did that this week and it looked like I hadn't lost anything, but on my weigh in day, I lost 2.2 lbs! I definitely recommend not getting on the scale except for your weigh in days.

    Are you taking measurements too? It's really important to do measurements as well because sometimes you are losing inches and fat but not pounds. Also, I gain some weeks but overall it is going down, so don't be too discouraged (easier said than done, I know) and keep up the good work!
