Does anyone have any info on the Chi Running book out there? I just saw it in a CD version and almost bought it but wasn't sure what it was all about. Any thoughts?
I just completed the 20 minute Turbo Jam video and followed it with the 40 minute Turbo Sculpt. Can I count the 40 min Turbo Sculpt as "cardio calories burned"?
How do you figure out the calories burned doing the Turbo Jam videos? I have 30 minute workout, Cardio Party 1,2 and 3? Thanks!
