Always low on protein
I have just been looking back through my food diaries and everyday I appear to be at least 50% down on protein. My calories are fine and everything else seems reasonably balanced except protein. I have now lost around 32lb but can’t seem to shred the last few pounds. I visit the gym 4 times a week and eat a really healthy diet. Body fat Percentage
So I just measured my body fat percentage using some Accumeasure 3000 calipers. Results were 22.3%. Anyone know what that exactly means and how hard it will be to reduce it by 5%. I am 41 year old male, 5ft 7 and currently weigh 72Kg. Cheers Chris
