So I need stats to motivate me, I am starting my cut today and want to shed fat but measure it too. Thanks guys, I'm not bothered about weight loss to be fair just want to see results. I'm impatient I guess. I took my measurements today and it looks like I have lost an inch from my waist since three weeks ago so that's good. I forgot to mention I also play squash once a week for 40 minutes so that should cover my cardio.

How do you get workouts to syns with Apple Health? I have had no luck with that at all. I have it setup to sync but it never does, where does it show the workouts? I ended up getting a Polar M400 watch / fitness band. I love it, has gps, connects to my heart rate monitor and works great

Anyone use these with a ANT+ Heart Rate Monitor? I need to know how reliable they are. I currently have a Polar H7 but want to use it with a band rather than my phone.

I currently use a Polar H7 heart rate monitor, it's excellent. I use it with my iPhone but plan on picking up a Polar Loop band that works with it so I won't need my phone all the time.

I want to lose about 7 or 8lbs more that's all. I don't ever eat my exercise calories back as I believe they are taken into account calculating my TDEE as I put myself down as active 3-5 sessions a week. Chris
