This is my second attempt at JMBR after completing it in 2013. Looking for anyone who is interested in getting or giving support along the way. I'm starting phase 2 today!! :) o:)
MFP calculated that to lose one 1lb a week doing 30min exercise daily, I should limit myself to about 1500cal and 31g of sugar. If I eat a couple of fruit a day, no added sugar or processed food at all, I am never able to keep my sugar that low. Is this realistic? height 5'7 cw 160lbs gw: 140lbs 47yr old woman
I'm finished week 1, but I missed one cardio 1 session. I was just too tired! I realize that to lose weight MFP is the key. Any ideas how to keep up with the program while on my 2 week vacation? I'll bring the workouts on my iPad, but what can I do for weights if they don't have a gym at the hotel? I'll probably be doing Phase II - Cardio 2, Workouts 5-8.
