PIP - Progress from Jan thru end of April
I finally put together a progression of photos I'd taken, and until I lined them up side by side, it was hard to notice the results. This gives me more motivation to keep working! I'm moving from a more cardio based exercise plan to both cardio and strength training. I mean with a personal trainer tomorrow! Yay!

I just have to give myself a little pat on the back, as I got my lipid panel results back yesterday. At my job, we are doing a wellness plan that included a lab workup.
