1000 - 1200 calories a day?
Wow! I just finished watching The Biggest Loser: Family on the Style Network and needless to say I was totally shocked when the Blue team revealed Bob's weightloss tactic. Females should consum between 1000 - 1200 calories a day and exercise 2 or more hours 6 - 7 days a week? Can anyone explain to me how this is healthy?
