hi all, this may sound a bit....hmmmm!! but anyway, i've heard that pole dancing is a great form of exercise, and its also supposed to do wonders for your self esteem. i was just wondering if anyone had tried it and whether the could give me any info, or just if they enjoyed it or not. having a bad day!!!
I feel so bad and i've really let myself down today!! had some bad news and let it get the better of me! and now i feel even worse as i have gone over my cals for today and haven't even exercised. I feel like i was doing so well and at the first major hurdle i fell and gave up. :sad: :sad: :sad: :mad:

I've just realised that our microwave is my best friend!! it has a mirrored front and one half makes ya look fat and the other half makes ya look like you've got elle mcpherson's body...i can't stop looking in it...its like seeing the future!! hopefully. hahaha :laugh:

doubting myself!!!
I have had a really good start to this new healthy eating and i'm really proud of myself, in fact i'm finding it really easy which is a total shock!! But.....yes, there's always a BUT!!! think my calorie allowance is too high!!
Hi everyone, I am 5'5 and currently 175.6 lbs and i put lightly active, but its given me an allowance of 1530 cals per day and with the exercise i do that brings it to 1830 cals each day (not that i eat them) but i jus think this sounds too high...anyone have any thoughts?? thanx guys. p.s i've put in to lose 1lb per week…
