So I have an issue with how many calories this app says I burn, and how many the machine's at the gym say I burn. EXAMPLE Yesterday I was on the elliptical for 30 minutes at a level 3 @ 4.5 mph. Machine says I burned 350 Calories, App says it should have been 700 Calories. (I counted what the machine says.) BUT COME ON…
If I am suppose two eat 1200 calories a day, but exercise and burn 400 calories. DOes that mean in order to lose weight I should eat 1600 calories, or continue eating just my 1200? Please Help.
