If I am suppose two eat 1200 calories a day, but exercise and burn 400 calories. DOes that mean in order to lose weight I should eat 1600 calories, or continue eating just my 1200? Please Help.

When MFP gives you a calorie goal, they already figure out the deficit Ypu need and set your goal at that deficit. So netting less than the goal they give is an even lower deficit, which is not good. Eat back your exercise calories to be at the deficit goal MFP gave you.0

The number Mfp sets for you to lose weight isn't the number you lose at...its far below that. Hitting slightly over that number every day will still cause weight loss0
