WOW I'M IMPRESSED!!!
WELL THIS IS MY 3RD WEEK TO JOG AND WALK SOME TOO ON MY TREADMILL. I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS 5 TIMES A WEEK FOR 1 HOUR AND I BURN 550 CALORIES EACH TIME SOMETIMES MORE.
