WELL THIS IS MY 3RD WEEK TO JOG AND WALK SOME TOO ON MY TREADMILL. I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS 5 TIMES A WEEK FOR 1 HOUR AND I BURN 550 CALORIES EACH TIME SOMETIMES MORE. BUT TODAY I FINISHED AND ACTUALLY WAS NOT HUNGRY WHEN I GOT OFF. EVERY OTHER TIME I WOULD HAVE BEEN STARVING. SO I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THAT. FEEL LIKE I'M MAKING PROGRESS ALONG WITH THE 5 POUNDS I HAVE LOST, YEAH!!!! JUST THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE WITH ALL OF YOU !!!! GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU, YOU CAN DO IT!!

Don't you love the way your calves feel when you shave your legs? I was joking with a friend of mine that I have to be careful again, because there are so many bumps and ridges in muscle when the fat has burned away. I love it! Congratulations :drinker:0
