I have already done my morning workout and would usually end it with a Leslie sansone 3 mile walk but I am going to take my daughters to the zoo today and I normally do 5+ miles according to my HRM and burn a lot of calories. should I log that in? Does it really count as excersing?

is is better the workout for an hour straight or is it okay to divide the time up? when is the best time to weigh myself? I want to be consistant on the times but I dont know if I should do it in the morning before I eat or wait until the evening after i have eaten throughout the day. i want the reading to be accurate. Thanks
