Hello All,
I am not new. I have been apart ff MFP for a few months now (maybe more) and I did great the first month. I worked out 6 days a week sometimes 5 and I kept track of everything I ate. I even lost a little weight, but I stopped. No excuse for it except that I am lazy. I always have been, it's something that I have tried to overcome since I was in high school but sometimes it gets the best of me. Yesterday I went to the mall with a good friend of mine and we were window shopping and actually tried on some clothes. Well I went to the plus size section and grabbed a cute dress/top (the kind you can wear with jeans or leggings) and I tried it on and it fit. It was size 1XL. I didn't think I was that big. I wear size 14 jeans, to me that is not XL size but at that store I guess it is and I hated seeing me in that top. Something has to change, I have to change. I have to do it for me, for my health, for my life, and for my family. So here I am everbody..........

My name is Candace, I am 24 mother of 2. I am 5'1 and I weigh 160lbs. I am ready to be healthy.

Wish me luck

You can do it! I'm 27, mother of 2 and I started at 176 in July. Now I'm at 149. I suffer from the same lack of motivation but we can do it!! Just keep checking in everyday. That's the only thing that keeps me on track. Add me if ya want. [=

Edit: forgot to mention I'm 5' 1 3/4", so we're close in height too!
    And also, GOOD LUCK!!
