is is better the workout for an hour straight or is it okay to divide the time up?
I ask because I am a SAHM of 2 little girls so it is kinda of impossible to workout at home for more than 30 minutes if im lucky. So I am wondering if I workout lets say 3 times a day for 20 minutes, will i still get the same amount of calorie burn and an all out total workout?

I've heard Bob from Biggest Loser say it doesn't matter if you do 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes at night as long as you get the full half hour. Which is what I used to do. I don't think it matters at all as long as you do it.0
