Full but still want to eat
Sometimes I feel full or even bloated because I drank a lot of water during or right after my meal, but I still feel like I want to eat or gnaw on something, even when I am already full! Do other people feel this way? What can I do?

Supporting Local Economy vs. Eating Healthy?
I love trying new restaurants and bakeries especially local independent ones. My problem is that it's hard to do that while saving money and being healthy! The baked goods look so lovely all the time but I can't bear to eat them because I have no idea how many calories are in them. Any ideas?
