Exercise Suggestions
I had a baby almost 10 months ago and I am actually now below my prepregnancy weight. I am currently 120lb at 5'6 so I think I am at a good weight and I don't need to lose anymore, but I still look at my tummy and am not completely satisfied. Am I Just Getting More Fit?
When I first started working out and using my HRM I burned about 300-325 calories for a 3.5 pace walk. Now I am noticing that for a 3.5 pace walk, with some minutes of jogging at 4.0 pace I end up only burning about 250-275. Perhaps this means I am getting fit?! Why are HRM so expensive?!
I really want to buy a heart rate monitor so I will know exactly how many calories I am burning when I work out but dangit they are expensive for what they are in my opinion. Does anyone know of any better priced HRMs that show calories burned? Also, do all HRMs use the chest strap thing?

Overboard On Calories for 2 Days In a Row
If you go overboard on calories 2 days in a row (like 1100 calories over your "goal" calorie intake for 2 days straight) do you try to even it out and eat less for the next couple of days or just say "well that was fun, let's get back on track"?
