If you go overboard on calories 2 days in a row (like 1100 calories over your "goal" calorie intake for 2 days straight) do you try to even it out and eat less for the next couple of days or just say "well that was fun, let's get back on track"?

Kiss it up to the food gods and try again today. We all go through ups and downs (just like everything else in life).

Nope, just get back on track. You still need to fuel your body properly. I have had some pretty big bender weekends here and there and in the long run, they haven't done much damage. Hit the reset button and start fresh today!

It's ok, jump back on board. Most people under eating anyways, so it's probably good for your body anyways.

I usually do a little of both. I try to be extra strict for the next few days, maybe work in a little more exercise. But I don't get all stressed out about it. It happened, but it's over now. Today is a new day.
