Hey everyone! I just started the program today! I've been doing ea sport workouts but now hubby wants to do a 5k so figured I better start doing some running. Today was good. Wasn't as bad as I thought and it went quickly. Stats: Joy- 36 mother of 2. Starting wt: 198 current wt: 187 goal wt: 170 5K run- Thanksgiving day!

Can't eat enough
So my cals intake should be around 1700-1800 or so......I'm finding it very hard to eat all that. I have a high protein diet, I get all my fiber in and I just can't eat it all. I have breakfast about 730, snack around 10 lunch at 12 snack at 3 and dinner b/t 5-7 usually. I just can't eat anymore! HELP!
