Thanks. The other issue is, my bad cholesterol is good and the good isn't. She told me to limit red meat. I've been doing well, and have even lost 15lbs. The first week or 2 was the hardest. Now if I eat something unhealthy, it makes me sick.

Oh and I don't eat seafood other than the salmon patties.

I'll eat mixed veggies (corn, green beans, carrots (not fond of those really), broccoli (would like some ranch with it) that about covers it.

I had a LOT of blood work done and it's really because of my thyroid antibodies that are triple what they should be. A dietician did go over the test results and I do have an appointment next Wednesday. SEE above Appt with a dietician Wednesday BUT I need to eat before then.

I just switched back to how myfitnesspal does your calories. OMG it is only 1220 calories! My BMR is more than that when I figure it up by scoobys method. I'll roll with it and see how it goes!

I just like the meal replacement and the xtra protein. I don't buy all the other stuff. I tend to skip meals and this is very good and easy to fix.

As long as you are seeing results in your clothes then you are still doing well. You are building lean muscle so you well see the wt go up some. Don't go so much by the scale.

There is no way I can eat 2263 cals or even 1923cals/day. I have a hard time eating 1700 that MFP says. I'm good if I can eat 1200. I can't eat a lot of peanuts or cashews and such as they make me swell.
