I just started using my Charge HR last night. I recall reading somewhere that it becomes more accurate the longer you wear it and it better adjusts to you? My favorite, super easy broccolli soup
one crown of broccoli in a pot (can use more if desired), cover with vegetable broth (I make my own). Boil until broccoli is cooked. Add in a can of white kidney beans and blend, puree to desired consistency...YUM!! :)
