My favorite, super easy broccolli soup

one crown of broccoli in a pot (can use more if desired), cover with vegetable broth (I make my own). Boil until broccoli is cooked. Add in a can of white kidney beans and blend, puree to desired consistency...YUM!!

Sounds good. I make a vegan cream of broccolli. I make it with blender made cashew milk, spices, and cooked in broth broccolli.
