Heartrate in excess of 85% Max
Is this horrible? I routinely exceed the 85% mark for most of my cardio and never really thought anything about it until I did the math. I just thought that was normal. BMR vs 1200 Calories
No, not really going to go there again. I get tired of reading the same post all the time, too. BUT....my BMR is down to 1251 calories now according to MFP. I think for me the subject is a moot point anyway. So incredibly jealous of the folks with higher BMRs.....you know which side of the fence I am on this debate. :)
