Water and Unsweetened Tea?
I drink a LOT of tea. No sugar, no nothing. Just a regular tea bag in water. Should I be counting this as water intake as well since it's 99% water? I know it seems like a 'duh' question. *^_^*

50 days with MFP, these are my results.
I've been with MFP 50 days now. And I haven't lost as much as I'd like to by now but I'm down 9lbs and almost 8 inches. Here is my comparison picture. Do you guys see any major loss areas? Trying to keep my motivation since I haven't lost any in about 2 weeks

looking into a heart rate monitor to get a more accurate calorie counts. They have one with a chest strap and a watch. Or just a watch that goes by pulse. Is there any difference? Or do they work the same?
