I'm 4 weeks out since injuring my groin running. Not only can I still not run, I can't jump, do lunges, or even walk strenuously. I'm trying to rest to let it heal but I'm starting to go nuts. Concrete running more painful?
Since it was winter I mostly ran on the treadmill. But now that's it's starting to warm up I'm running outside. I've been running outside for about 2.5 weeks (average 3.5 to 4.5 miles per run).
