Green smoothies?
So i have heard a lot about this...even just smoothies in general, blending all sorts of fruits and veges together. I bought a blender today...granted i got a Ninja, cause i cant afford a Blendtec or Vitamix (sp?)...so that is a start. Any ideas or recipes anyone can share?

Eating Clean - Anyone doing this?
I have started the Eat Clean Diet today...well, i wont consider it a diet...more of a lifestyle change. It will help me remove all the packaged foods and chemicals from my body and allow me to control what i put in my body, especially with all the allergies that i have. I wanted to know if there are any others out there…
