AMT..Adaptive Motion Trainer...how to add to exercise?
I can't find the AMT machine in the available cardio exercises...is there a way to add that so I can log THAT instead of putting my cardio as elliptical machine? Thanks much!

Hi everyone...my trainer suggested I keep track of everything here...was going great til I had two vehicle accidents nearly back to back..but now I'm back in the gym and back on track. It's so nice to see how motivating everyone is....thanks for all of the tips, love reading them!:smile:

Hi all, Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm really glad that my trainer recommended I sign up..it seems to be a great way for me to keep track of my eating and will allow me to track my progress, etc. I really like that so many different foods (and measurements) are represented..even the chain restaurant salad we had for…
